Joe’s journey in the construction industry has made him an expert throughout the many stages of building a home, from pouring the foundation to turn-key completion. With grit, determination to succeed, and HUSTLE-Rocha Construction LLC was established in 2004. With his wife at his side, and his family cheering him on, the company withstood the test of time, and all the world threw at him. Joe is most proud of his work with the CLTS (Children’s Long Term Supportive Program). This program helps children with disabilities and their families through support and services that keep kids at home instead of at an institution. Joe has touched many lives, made life-long friendships with clients and subcontractors, and transformed people’s HOMES by making their visions a reality-
In 2023, Rocha Construction LLC transitioned into General Contracting. Joe assembled a world class staff which (thanks to our client) has affectionately been named, “The Dream Team.”

Beth joined the team in April of 2023. Prior to that her career took several different turns. She exited college with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, taught/coached in several different districts for 15 years, and created a cleaning business in 2012. The business grew quickly and allowed her to focus on her 3 busy girls and take care of her family, while also contributing financially. Beth, Joe and their families have known each other for over 15 years. When Rocha Construction began to grow at a rate in which reinforcements were needed, Beth jumped at the opportunity and did not look back. As the proclaimed “utility player” of the business. Beth is also a licensed Real Estate Agent for The Real Estate Company; Lake and Country, INC. Beth does a bit of everything.

Jody came to Rocha Construction in an interesting turn of events. Jody was a project manager at JDJ Remodel for several years. Due to an unfortunate circumstance, JDJ Remodel was forced to close their doors. Prior to that closure, Joe and Beth met Jody at a meeting that was running late in Menomonee Falls. A business relationship was established between JDJ Remodel’s owners and Rocha Construction LLC. As fate would have it, Joe’s wife-Gina is related to one of the owners of JDJ Remodel. When the business was closing, the owner reached out to Joe to ask him if he would take over JDJ Remodel. Fortunately for Rocha Construction LLC, Jody was part of that package! Jody graduated from WCTC with a degree in Interior Design and sold window treatments for a decade prior to entering the remodeling world. Jody is now running her own window treatment business in addition to being a project manager for Rocha Construction LLC. Jody has been an integral part of merging the businesses. Her ability to connect with clients, manage projects, troubleshoot, attentiveness to detail, and stay positive in stressful situations has contributed to the growth of the company. Jody is also a NARI Certified Remodeling Designer.

Macy is a student/athlete at Trine University majoring in Physical/Health Education/Coaching/Special Education and is a member of the Women’s Softball Team. Macy works for Rocha Construction LLC during her time away from school.  Macy is our social media expert, photographer, and marketing specialist.  We rely on Macy to bring our projects to life in a digital format.  She is creative and has a unique ability to connect with the public through digital platforms.
