Our Process
Phase 1:
Meet and Greet
We want to get to know YOU! Rocha Construction LLC will schedule a time to chat with you and/or schedule an initial walkthrough. We will talk about your project goals and how you envision yourself using the space. We will build the foundation of our relationship during this phase.
Phase 2:
Cost Range
Rocha Construction LLC will meet to review your project with the team within 1-2 business days of the walkthrough. At this time we will generate a cost range based on the scope of work and our many years of experience and industry standards. You can expect an email within 3-5 business days from our initial walkthrough detailing our discussions from step 1 regarding the scope of your project and a cost range.
Phase 3:
Preparation Phase
When you decide to move forward with Rocha Construction LLC, a planning fee agreement will be generated and signed by both parties. This agreement solidifies our relationship with the client/s and the commitment from the client to the General Contractor to move into the preparation phase of the project. Rocha Construction LLC commits to the client/s to develop a plan, estimate and contract for the project.
Phase 4:
Project Development Phase
During this phase Rocha Construction LLC’s Team will help guide the homeowner to create a formalized plan. Meetings with our client/s, architects (if needed), subcontractors, and vendors will be scheduled with the homeowner and our team. Material selections will be made, such as; flooring, cabinetry, doors, trim, hardware, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, etc. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship with our clients based on trust, integrity, care and communication in this phase.
Phase 5:
Contract
After all the plans have been solidified and we have engaged our subcontractors and vendors a final estimate and contract are sent to the clients. Our team will thoroughly review the final estimate and contract with the client prior to binding our relationship. When all parties are comfortable with the terms, contract signing will commence and we are off!
Phase 6:
Project Start
Rocha Construction LLC is known for hitting the ground running post contract signing! Get ready, because here we come! Our project manager will be in constant communication with you throughout the duration of the project. They will be scheduling all the subcontractors, visiting the site, communicating with clients/subcontractors/vendors, monitoring work scope and craftsmanship.
