Welcome to the Sage Street Bungalow! This cozy home in Lake Geneva, built in 1910, was certainly in need of updating, but also had a different purpose to fulfill. We demoed the entire interior and rearranged the floor plan to allow for an open concept common area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bath with a zero barrier shower including access to one of the bedrooms on the main level. We also used attic space to provide a full bathroom in addition to the snug nook and a bedroom that sleeps 4 on the upper level. We added a paved patio with a fire pit and a ramp to the kitchen door in the rear of the home as well as blended current exterior finishes with the new sections for a seamless transition. This is now a vacation rental that is also accessible, allowing a group or family of up to 8 to enjoy a private stay in Lake Geneva as well as offering in-home care from SYNERGY HomeCare if needed.
