Bringing New Life to Every Room

We took this 1970’s home in Williams Bay, near the water, and transformed it into a modern day retreat. We started by demoing the entire interior. In the upper level we rearranged the floor plan, placing the common area on one side nearest the water and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the other side separated from the common area. In the lower level we enlarged the bathroom, created a living room, kitchenette/bar, laundry room, and a bedroom large enough for a visiting family to stay. We completely refaced the exterior, built a large deck on the upper level for entertaining, and created a new stamped concrete patio below for a shaded lower level walkout entertainment area. These clients are so pleased with this remodel and are ready to enjoy the amenities of Williams Bay, Lake Geneva, and surrounding areas.
